4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Cars4Go to:

• List vehicles you do not own or have authority to sell
• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use automated tools to scrape or manipulate the platform

5. Fees and Payments

Cars4Go may charge fees for certain services, including but not limited to featured listings, seller subscriptions, and premium placements. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Payment transactions are processed through third-party payment processors. Cars4Go is not responsible for any issues arising from payment processing.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Cars4Go is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cars4Go be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
